NDIS Event Spotlights: What’s Happening in 2026

Spark Festival

Members of our community will already be familiar with our famous annual Spark festival, one of our most anticipated NDIS community events in Sydney.

Spark Festival is a vibrant celebration of creativity, community, and fresh ideas, bringing people together across art, music, workshops, and live experiences. Each Spark Festival features a unique theme that shapes the look, feel, and activities of the event. From superheroes and Disney to other imaginative worlds, our themes encourage creativity, self-expression, and fun for all ages. Every festival brings a fresh atmosphere, giving visitors something new to discover and a chance to step into a world of imagination together, making it one of our most beloved local NDIS events of the year across Southwest Sydney.

Services

A welcoming playgroup for children 0–5 and their carers, using songs, stories, and the Child Parent Mother Goose program.
Our service provides a welcoming and safe environment for children to engage in activities that enhance their self-help skills, cognitive development, and fine and gross motor skills through play-based learning. Children also have the opportunity to participate in excursions, giving them new experiences and helping to build social and life skills in real-world settings. Our program is based at our Holsworthy OOSH Centre, where children can explore, learn, and grow in a supportive and engaging environment.
Our Before and After School Care offers a safe and friendly space where children can relax, learn, and have fun outside of school hours. The program combines play-based activities that support physical, cognitive, and social development with access to computers and homework support. Children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence, and enjoy a balanced mix of learning and recreation in a supportive environment.
The Junction Works has several Supported Independent Living homes throughout South West Sydney and we are ready to support you, or your loved ones with respite and emergency accommodation.
We can support you to apply for the NDIS, assisting you to understand and utilise your NDIS Plan, and support you with NDIS reviews.
The Junction Works friendly and experienced team of Support Coordinators can support you to maximise your NDIS Plan and supports.
Informative and fun workshops for primary and high schools based on contemporary topics such as bullying, mental health, social media, healthy relationships, anger management, drugs, and alcohol.
School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) involves helping prepare participants transition from school into the workforce. Participants will be provided with new skills that will help support unique pathways to employment. Participants will also be able to develop partnerships with various job providers and learn more about being a part of the workforce. Aimed at students in year 11 and 12.
