The Junction Works supports people with disability, young people, families, and carers across Southwest Sydney to live their best lives. With over 30 years of experience and a strong commitment to person‑centred practice, our NDIS registered provider services are designed to build skills, strengthen independence, and create meaningful opportunities for connection and growth.

Our NDIS Services

Support Coordination

Our friendly and experienced Support Coordinators work alongside participants to understand NDIS Plans, build confidence, and connect with the right supports to meet needs and goals.

We focus on maximising each participant’s funding and supports and help to make informed choices about your goals and future.

Allied Health & Therapeutic Supports

Our multidisciplinary team is a team of specialist clinicians who work together with participants and their carers to translate NDIS plans into meaningful goals and therapy outcomes. These services are designed to build capacity across daily living, communication, mobility, wellbeing, and community participation.

NDIS hydrotherapy session in Southwest Sydney

The goal of our Day Programs across Austral and Busby is to empower and enhance the lives of NDIS participants by fostering independence, skill development, and a sense of belonging through NDIS day programs in Sydney. Our experienced and compassionate support staff are committed to offering personalised support and recognising each person’s unique needs.

Participants can explore in-centre activities such as cooking, music, dance, sport, personal development, cultural learning, independent living skills, and more in supportive environments. We also facilitate programs in the community, such as swimming, aqua golf, movies, bowling, picnics and BBQs, as well as attending local community events.

Also on offer are NDIS transport services within our local area, ensuring participants can easily access our facilities to participate in the wide number of activities and programs.

Overnight community respite is available to Day Program participants and provides flexible NDIS respite care in Sydney. Participants can enjoy exciting overnight stays out with friends, hotel stays, meals, excursions, and local events like Vivid Sydney, Royal Easter Show, flower festivals, arts workshops, sporting events, and more!

Our SIL homes provide a safe, modern, and welcoming shared space designed to help NDIS participants live with greater independence. With 24/7 professional support, we assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and household routines, so participants can focus on what matters most – building confidence, forming connections, and enjoying life on your terms.

We also encourage community participation, with each home equipped with a vehicle for easy access to appointments, social outings, and activities.

Our experienced and compassionate support staff can provide one‑on‑one support in the community, tailored to personal goals such as daily living skills, social participation, health and wellbeing, or building independence.

NDIS Community & Youth Services in Southwest Sydney

The Junction Works’ Holsworthy OOSH and Vacation Care offer a dynamic and engaging environment for school-aged children, designed to foster their individual interests, needs, and choices through leisure and play-based activities.

Our dedicated educators create a high-quality, enriching program where children can immerse themselves in both structured and unstructured play, encouraging exploration, creativity, and meaningful interactions with their peers.

Our free Case Management and Counselling service is a targeted early intervention program that provides personalised support to children, young people, families, and adults.

We work with individuals who may have experienced abuse or trauma, are facing mental health challenges, behavioural issues, or social and emotional difficulties. We also provide support with education and employment, advocacy, and personal empowerment.

Other Services

Our many other community and youth services include playgroups, parenting support, education around child development, and skill development workshops focusing on topics such as mental health, social media, healthy relationships, and more.

We also provide food relief assistance at Claymore Community Centre and have partnered with local schools in our Together Works program, where we provide food hampers to members of the school communities.

Services

A welcoming playgroup for children 0–5 and their carers, using songs, stories, and the Child Parent Mother Goose program.
Our service provides a welcoming and safe environment for children to engage in activities that enhance their self-help skills, cognitive development, and fine and gross motor skills through play-based learning. Children also have the opportunity to participate in excursions, giving them new experiences and helping to build social and life skills in real-world settings. Our program is based at our Holsworthy OOSH Centre, where children can explore, learn, and grow in a supportive and engaging environment.
Our Before and After School Care offers a safe and friendly space where children can relax, learn, and have fun outside of school hours. The program combines play-based activities that support physical, cognitive, and social development with access to computers and homework support. Children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence, and enjoy a balanced mix of learning and recreation in a supportive environment.
The Junction Works has several Supported Independent Living homes throughout South West Sydney and we are ready to support you, or your loved ones with respite and emergency accommodation.
We can support you to apply for the NDIS, assisting you to understand and utilise your NDIS Plan, and support you with NDIS reviews.
The Junction Works friendly and experienced team of Support Coordinators can support you to maximise your NDIS Plan and supports.
Informative and fun workshops for primary and high schools based on contemporary topics such as bullying, mental health, social media, healthy relationships, anger management, drugs, and alcohol.
School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) involves helping prepare participants transition from school into the workforce. Participants will be provided with new skills that will help support unique pathways to employment. Participants will also be able to develop partnerships with various job providers and learn more about being a part of the workforce. Aimed at students in year 11 and 12.
