Gemma started at the Junction Works in May 2021 as a vocational educator focusing on communication and workplace skill development. During the Covid-19 lockdown she was part of the team developing the online program provided to participants at home and in isolation and is proud of the community they built in the program during such a difficult time. Gemma is now the Head of Stream at the new Seven Hills Campus and thrives off the energy that the participants and staff bring.
