April started with The Junction Works in 2022, drawn to the company’s values and mission to create new possibilities in people’s lives. As an occupational therapist April has had the opportunity to be a part of participants development of skills and improvement of their occupational therapy goals. “I have had many success stories over my time at The Junction Works and it is great to see that my role has allowed the participants to gain more independence”
