Our Counselling and Case Mangement
Our Free Case Management service is a targeted early intervention program that provides personalised support to children, young people, families and adults living in the Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, Camden and Wollondilly areas.
Our Free Counselling service is offered in Liverpool, Campbelltown and Camden only.
Delivered by our Community, Youth and Children’s (CYC) Services team, this short to mid-term support service (up to 12 sessions over six months) focuses on helping clients achieve their identified goals and meet their needs.
We work with individuals who may have experienced abuse or trauma, are facing mental health challenges, behavioural issues, or social and emotional difficulties. We also provide support with education and employment, advocacy, and personal empowerment.
Our friendly and experienced team takes a strength-based approach, supporting people from all backgrounds through challenging times. We offer case management, counselling, information, advocacy and general support.
Our team can offer appointments at our company rooms in Claymore and Wattle Grove, as well as outreach meetings in public spaces, schools, or community service locations. Please note, we do not provide home visits.
Please note referrals to our services are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure each person receives the most appropriate and tailored support for their situation.
While we may not always be able to take on every case directly, we will do our very best to help find the most suitable support options.
