the service in which we provide.

 All clients are informed of the type of personal information that the Service holds and the

reasons for holding this information.

 All clients have the right to read their own files.

 Client information will not be passed on to their families without prior consent from the

client.

 How does The Junction Works maintain that your personal information is secure?

 The Junction Works maintains the client’s personal information is stored in a secure 

and locked filing cabinet at all times.

 Only those staff of The Junction Works, who work in conjunction with clients will 

have access in these files, and will ensure that the information is only used in accordance with The

Junction Works Policy.

 At all times, The Junction Works will adhere to the Privacy and Confidentiality

Standard of the Disability Services Standard Act 1993
