Working with us

Our Staff Cultral Audit

In our recent cultural audit our staff stated that they are a part of a team, that is supported to achieve our vision.

Tax savings

As a not-for-profit organisation, we are recognised by the ATO as a “Public Benevolent Institution” and as such we are afforded concessional Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) treatment. This means that our eligible employees are able to take advantage of Salary Packaging to receive up to $16,050 of their salary tax-free.

Induction

The purpose of the Junction Works induction and orientation programmes is to provide an outline to new employees and volunteers of the Junction Works mission and values, policies and procedures, legislative requirements such as duty of care, and the particular services and job requirements for the employee and the work environment in which they work.

Code of Conduct

Junction Work’s Code of Conduct is a key component of the organisation’s approach to ensuring effective employee and organisational performance management. It articulates what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour for all employees and volunteers. These behaviours are based on the core values of the organisation as defined in our Values Statement.

Staff development

We encourage employees to further their professional growth and development. We conduct internal training programes.

Commitment to health and safety

We want to ensure that our employees, visitors, suppliers, contractors and others associated with Junction Works are safe . We aim towards meeting our code of practice and legal OHS requirements.
