The core business of The Junction Works Ltd. is:

“Service Excellence, Through Business Excellence”

The core business of The Junction Works Ltd. will be driven by the Board of Directors and delivered by management and employees via the four service areas:

• Disability Services
• Youth Services
• Community Services
• Children’s Services

Within the four key service areas, disability, youth and community and children’s services, new service types will be researched and developed over time, according to market requirements, as well as growing and developing existing services. The board will use the core business statement to determine the necessary skill sets/mindsets that are required around the board table.

Management and staff will use the core business statement to ensure they only obtain or develop products and services that are aligned to the core business and which are consistent with the four key service areas.
