We now receive grants from 4 Government Departments and receive corporate sponsorship for targeted community projects.

Our SPARK Creative Arts Festival for people with a disability receives accolades from across Australia. This festival showcases the abilities of people with a disability.

Today, we are a dynamic and innovative Not for Profit Organization providing 38 diverse community projects across New South Wales.

To know that one life has been made easier, is to know we have succeeded.

The Junction Works is a place that represents an environment where the clients feel a sense of purpose and joy as they participate in a whole range of creative programs tailored for the needs of the individual.

The CEO and her team look at their client holistically and work with their potential, helping them become the "best that they can be" and wherever possible integrating them into the wider community.

A positive client experience is what The Junction Works is all about, the team honours the client in the service it delivers and in turn Junction Works ensures their own employees have an opportunity to grow and develop in all aspects of their chosen career as well as Leadership.

Junction Works develops Strategic Partnerships within the communities it serves and it is recognised as a leader within the sector for the passion, innovation, care and professionalism it brings to the work in does everyday with its clients.

I am proud to serve as Chair of Junction Works Board along with my fellow Directors.

And in my other role as a parent of one the clients I see the magic that is created when I watch my son and the other clients tell their stories about what it is like to be part of an organisation where "its only reason for being" is to Enable their clients to build self confidence and reach their full potential, whatever that might mean.

So, when it comes time to leave Junction Works those clients will have had positive experiences, lots of fun and laughter as well as life skills that will prepare them for they next stage of their journey.

And isn't that what we all want for the people that we love and care for who are apart of our lives and the greater Australian community.
