A snapshot

The Junction Works commenced its operation in 1987, initially providing services to young people at risk.

Today we provide 38 diverse and innovative projects across the Greater Western Sydney area, Southern region and Southern Highlands.

Our projected income for 2009 is likely to reach $8 million. Our aim is to increase our diversification of income by having a variety of funding types.

Funding from Government grants generate 80% of our income. Client fees generate 2% of our income and our investment portfolio contributes to a further 18%. All our income is spent on supporting and providing services to vulnerable and disadvantaged communities.

Junction Works has ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and National Child Care Accreditation.

We have won Awards for our Disability day programes as well as our SPARK Creative Arts Conference for people with a Disability.

We want to create a successful present while building a brilliant future.
